Context and background.

Malaria is one of the leading causes of death in Cameroon, especially among children under 5 and pregnant women. Rural areas lack mosquito nets and education about prevention measures.

Project goal.

Reducing malaria infection rates through prevention, education and distribution of mosquito nets.

Activities.

  • Distribution of treated mosquito nets to families
  • Awareness campaigns in schools and village communities
  • Training local health workers in malaria prevention
